I am currently a UX/UI designer at BetaNYC. My work mainly includes designing tools, dashboards from complex datasets, conducting research to understand the needs the community and stakeholders, identify opportunities for improving public services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, data analysts, and subject matter experts.

Originally from Vietnam, I enjoy exploring New York city in search of the best Vietnamese restaurants. In my free time, you can find me in the kitchen making Northern Vietnamese style dishes that couldn't be found in any Vietnamese restaurant in the US.
